A commitment to quality every step of the way
The manufacturing facility at Krier Beverage is over 300,000 square feet and houses some of the most efficient start-to-finish beverage production equipment in the industry. All production lines are equipped with quick-change modular parts in order to accommodate packaging of all shapes and sizes. In addition to our highly flexible production equipment, 200,000 square feet is dedicated to finished goods storage, where products can be picked up and shipped directly to our fifteen loading docks.

Within the facility, there is a quality lab with state of the art equipment and a clean room dedicated to performing micro testing and sampling. Whether it is small batches of experimental soft drinks, or large quantities of contract packaged national brands, Krier Beverage can pour, store and deliver products directly to market.
On a product basis, Krier Beverage maintains organic and Kosher certifications, which allows for maximum production efficiency and ease of distribution to be met. Client satisfaction and beverage packing certifications are always top priority.

1908
Krier Foods’ rich heritage began in 1908 as a small farming company in Belgium, Wisconsin called The Belgium Cannery.
1913
J.B Krier sells his interest in The Belgium Cannery and founds The Krier Preserving Company.
1923
Due to the growing demand and success, a second canning plant is established in nearby Random Lake, Wisconsin.
1942
The common stock is purchased, and the company transitions to being family-owned.
1959
The Krier Preserving Company expands its vegetable canning operation to include a significant move into beverage processing.
1966
Jolly Good soda line is added. The name is taken from an original vegetable label from the early years of the canning company.
1972
The Krier Preserving Company purchases the Wisconsin Foods fruit packaging division in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin from Ward Foods of New York.
1982
The Krier Preserving Company changes its name to Krier Foods due to the national consciousness regarding sodium and other preservatives.
1988
Krier Foods sells their vegetable canning plants in Belgium and Random Lake to Lakeside Foods, Inc. of Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Krier continues to use a portion of the plant to operate as privately held company specializing in carbonated and non-carbonated beverage contract manufacturing.
1992
Krier Foods becomes one of the early few beverage companies to fill pasteurized juices in single serve aluminum cans, furthering its relationship with nationally branded beverage companies.
2018
Krier Foods acquires a brewer’s permit allowing it to manufacture alcoholic beverages.
2022
Celerant Capital, a specialized private equity sponsor that invests exclusively in food, beverage and enabling technologies, announces the acquisition of Krier Foods, a fifth-generation family-owned beverage company.
2023
Krier Foods celebrations 100 years as a company in Random Lake, Wisconsin.
2024
Krier Foods rebrands to Krier Beverage. It continues to be one of the industry’s preferred beverage co-packers in the United States, producing hundreds of millions of cans annually. The company is known for its great customer service, and a company culture driven by family values.

In addition to our contract packing services, Krier Beverage is the sole producer of Jolly Good Soda. Jolly Good Soda also takes pride in our local community. Together, we have active partnerships with the Make-A-Wish Wisconsin Walk and Mel’s Charities. We also collaborate with and support many organizations throughout the year such as the Random Lake Fire Department, Random Lake School District, local healthcare facilities and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Sheboygan County. Krier Beverage is located in Random Lake, WI, a small, rural town in southern Sheboygan County. Located along State Highway 57, we are a comfortable 45 minute drive south to Milwaukee, and an easy 15-to 20-minute drive from cities like Sheboygan, Plymouth, West Bend and Port Washington.
There are many recreational opportunities available on the lake for every season: from tubing and swimming to ice fishing and ice skating. It is the first lake north of Milwaukee making it a popular day-trip destination. We are a short drive from Lake Michigan, the Kettle-Moraine State Forest, Harrington Beach State Park, a dozen challenging golf courses and many other features of Sheboygan County such as Road America.
Random Lake offers an excellent school system with opportunities in athletics, music and theatre arts, an excellent community library, prosperous businesses, active churches and attractive neighborhoods and parks.
